Application Procedure

Are you in a position teaching democracy for adults? The Grundtvig III - grant is a possibility for you to get your expenses covered for the participation in the course.

The procedure is as follows:

Contact your National Socrates Agency:
The Grundtvig III - grants are administered at the national level. Your first step is to contact the Socrates Agency of your country.

You can find the contact details of the National Socrates Agencies here!

Your National Socrates Agency provides you with the relevant application forms.

Before filling in the form, you can find our course listed on the Grundtvig Course Database here!

 

Acceptance of participation:
To complete the application you need an acceptance of your participation from Copenhagen Adult Education Institute (CAEI).

On this site you click on "submit" in the left frame.

Fill in the form. After a day or two you'll receive our official acceptance of your participation.

 

Reception of the GRUNDTVIG-III grant:
The National Socrates Agencies have different procedures for the distribution of the grants. Please contact CAEI directly, if this collides with our way of organizing the procedure.
