B.R.I.D.G.E.

The education has been developed as a transnational cooperation project of the Grundtvig 1 programme. Copenhagen Adult Education Institute, the municipality of Copenhagen is coordinating the partnership consisting of the Centre for Civic Participation, Barcelona, Institute for Public Policy, Amsterdam, Pro Democracia Club, Timisoara and Regional Environmental Centre, Estonia.

The education builds on experiences from the different partner organisations and their work in educating people to be in charge of creating democratic dialogue or in developing the current democracy. The common education plan has simultaneously been tested in the five countries, and each partner will be represented by an experienced teacher at the Grundtvig III Course.

The European angle on the education opens possibilities to get new ideas and inspiration to the work with democracy, as well as the participants get an European perspective on the work with the local democracy.
